Meet Our Founder: Meg Nelbach, PHR, SHRM-CP
MEL Growth Consulting was founded on a simple truth: growing a business is hard—but with the right people, culture, and strategy, it becomes a whole lot easier.
After years of building and leading People & Culture teams in environments ranging from scrappy startups to global enterprises—including VC-backed, publicly traded, SaaS/tech, commercial, and government contracting—Meg saw a clear pattern. Businesses at every stage face similar challenges: scaling too fast without the right support, burning out internal teams, and missing the chance to build something truly sustainable. Meg has been the HR team of one. She has led global departments. In every role, Meg found herself asking the same question: What if HR wasn’t just reactive—but a strategic advantage?
